- From what I hear, 3-bladed props are somewhat more stable (if balanced properly, which can be a b§tch). 2-bladed props lend themselves more towards agile⁄sports type of flying.
- I've heard the opposite: 3-bladed props are less efficient than 2-bladed ones, they are also slower to respond to RPM change since they're spinning more mass, hence making the aircraft less stable. I've never flown them enough to feel it though.
- More blades are less noisy
